We work in partnership with the UK based organization AQR International. AQR has a number of high quality psychometric tools and assessments. These assessment support organizations in making better decisions about people and their skills, attributes and behavior. In addition to that the psychometric assessment can support in measuring the effectiveness of interventions or training and development programmes.
The MTQ48 assessment is a unique 48 item high-quality psychometric measure that measures Mental Toughness which describes the mindset that every person adopts in everything they do. It is closely related to qualities such as character, resilience, grit, etc. Published research and case studies from around the world show that Mental Toughness is a major factor in:
- Performance – explaining up to 25% of the variation in performance in individuals
- Positive Behaviour – more engaged, more positive, more “can do”
- Wellbeing – more contentment, better stress management, less prone to bullying
- Aspirations – more ambitious, prepared to manage more risk
The ILM72 assessment is a reliable psychometric measure which assesses two important elements: Adopted Leadership Style and Leadership Effectiveness in terms of Leadership behavior. Effective leadership motivates people to give up their discretionary effort and do it willingly and enthusiastically. For organisations this translates in to better, more competitive performance and the development of a positive culture. For individuals this translates into a sense of growth, a sense of belonging and a sense of self-esteem. They are less likely to leave an organisation where leadership is evident.
The AQR 360 Assessment facility is an online tool for use by organisations for assessing and monitoring key behaviours and competencies in a structured, systematic and highly effective manner. Organisations can create their own 360 assessment, using their own competencies & behaviours, developing own items, or draw down items from a database available within the system based on a Generic Competency Framework.
- Tailored to reflect an organisation’s specific needs
- Customisation options for the reports and the assessment
- Enables organisations to run a re-assessment
- Ability to add narrative comments relevant to each Competency Unit
- Secure, confidential and highly efficient online process
The Carrus Assessment is part of a complete program designed to assess employability and through that to show people of all ages how to manage their careers and aspirations in the 21st century irrespective of next job or next employer. The programme focuses on key qualities which describe Employability. Our research with almost 500 employers showed that, with Mental Toughness, these are the core areas in which they are most interested. Qualities which are consistently associated with performance, wellbeing and the quickest transition into new and different roles. From the individual’s perspective, this identifies the qualities they should develop and demonstrate that will, both, prepare them best for the world of work and enhance their employability. This is very transferable from job to job. From the employers perpective, Carrus assesses those attributes which produce “good attitude and behaviour”.
Teamworking Orientation Inventory
